If you join a waitlist or request the free budget planner, the email address you enter (plus the name of the page you submitted it from) is transmitted to and stored by Formspree, Inc., 300 Delaware Ave, Ste 210 #382, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA, which forwards it to us. We use your email address exclusively to send you the requested content, launch information for the tools described on this site, and the early-bird conditions mentioned at signup. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time — every email contains an unsubscribe link, or you can simply write to the contact address in the Imprint; we will then delete your address. We use GoatCounter for simple visitor statistics. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not create user profiles and does not store personal data such as full IP addresses; it counts page views in aggregate. The budget planner spreadsheet is a static file; downloading it triggers no processing beyond the hosting described in section 3. The file itself contains no tracking of any kind.
This site links to our profiles on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. We embed no content from these platforms; data is only processed by them once you actively follow a link, at which point their privacy policies apply.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Email addresses are stored until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Hosting log data is retained by GitHub according to its own policies; analytics data is aggregate and non-personal.
